Steven Mnuchin, the Secretary of the Treasurer, sent a letter yesterday to Congressman Richard Neal (D-Mass.), Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee, indicating concerns about the Chairman’s request for copies of the President’s tax reuturns. Secretary Mnuchin set a date of May 6 as when the Treasury Department will make a “final decision” about release of the President’s tax returns.
